This service provides clients with the most advanced, in depth and comprehensive form of one-on-one Personal Training.
With each session specifically designed to achieve both short and longer term goals, the feeling of achievement both physically and mentally will be achieved in every session.
Initial consultation is free comprising of health and fitness assessment as well as an in depth needs analysis of the client. An individualised programme will then be designed to improve all desired areas of health and fitness.
Following on from consultation, personal training sessions can be booked in 3 ways:
- Individual sessions: £45 per session (lasts 1 hour)
- Block sessions - £35 per session (minimum of 6 sessions per block)
- Complete Elite Personal Training - £400 (Involves 10 sessions as well as advanced fitness testing at the beginning and end)
